Turn a DX200 / NOTC report into a clean, plain-language Report of Findings
How to use it
Generate the patient's report in VEST as usual.
With the report open, press Ctrl + P to print it, and set the layout to Landscape, then save it as a PDF. (A portrait print is read too; landscape just keeps every value on one line.)
Click Upload Report (PDF) above and choose that PDF. The app reads it, lets you check anything it was unsure about, and builds the Report of Findings.
Add your clinician comments if you wish, edit the report text in place if needed, and export it to PDF.
Graded Symptom Assessment opens the symptom intake: the patient rates 26 symptoms from 0 to 6, and the app scores them by domain and builds a dated Report of Findings you can export to PDF.
Standard flags values outside the normal range. Optimal adds a tighter peak-function target inside the normal range to show where performance is near the top of the healthy range (for baselining / tracking; not a diagnostic cut-off). Click any text in the report to edit it; use the checkboxes on the right to include or remove sections.
Import Report (PDF)
Upload a report PDF. This works with a printed report (the PDF made with Print to PDF from the on-screen report) as well as the data export, from a DX200, NOTC, or NOTC Pro+ system. If the PDF has selectable text, the app reads that text directly, which is exact and takes only a moment. A scanned or image-only PDF is read with on-device OCR instead, which takes longer. Either way it pulls out the test values and normal ranges, works out which results are within range, and pre-fills the report form. No internet connection is needed.
